Site edition: September 23, 2026
Navigation and reading
The site uses semantic headings, a skip-to-content link, descriptive navigation, and visible keyboard focus. The header remains sticky; anchored headings have space reserved above them. Layouts adapt to narrow screens, and the main mobile navigation uses a disclosure button rather than requiring pointer-only interaction.
Keyboard controls
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. Activate links with Enter and buttons with Enter or Space. The mobile menu closes with Escape and returns focus to its button. The homepage network tabs support the arrow keys, Home, and End. FAQ answers use native expandable details controls.
Motion preferences
The site respects the reduced-motion preference supplied by your browser or operating system. A footer control can also pause the animated branding, floating element, and horizontal strips for the current page. The preference control does not write to browser storage.
Checklist and printing
The security checklist uses labeled toggle buttons and announces progress. It does not rely on color alone to show a reviewed item. Printing is available through a dedicated button or the browser’s print command. The checklist remains readable when JavaScript is unavailable.
Visual and technical choices
Content uses light backgrounds and high-contrast body text. Images have descriptive alternatives and declared dimensions. The site does not embed video, play audio, or use auto-submitting forms. These implementation choices are not a claim of a formal independent accessibility certification.
